Jenika’s charm, drive, and passion were some of the reasons that she secured a job as a paralegal at the O’Connor Law Firm even before she had even officially graduated from college.
Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Jenika immigrated to the US at an early age. She attended Lincoln University, where she majored in Political Science and minored in Pre-Law. Even as a child, Jenika had a passion for law, she credits this to her family’s support, specifically her grandmother who also had a career in law.
Jenika has been a paralegal at the O’Connor Law Firm for over a year. She loves interacting with clients and assisting the attorneys with case preparation. She takes great pride in being able to help injured and disabled workers obtain the benefits they deserve. Jenika is passionate about helping people and she loves having a career where she is able to do exactly that.
Life Outside of Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability Law
Outside of work, Jenika’s hobbies include exercising, eating out and attending brunches. In her spare time, Jenika also enjoys reading, writing and swimming.
Although Jenika enjoys working behind the scenes, she plans to eventually attend Law school where she will be able to use her legal knowledge outside of the office and inside of the courtroom.
