Before finding O’Connor Law I was represented by another firm that never spoke to me. My friend told me his attorneys always spoke to him and suggested I call. I initially spoke to the receptionist who immediately put me on with Ms. Noel one of the attorneys. She spoke to me and answered questions and concerns I had. She set up an appointment for me to meet Ms. O’Connor. These two women and their support staff always talk to me. I know exactly what is going on and if I don’t I just have to pick up the phone and someone updates me. Its such a difference. I really know they care about me and my case.
